Reclaim your spot at KU.

Reapplying for admission

If you were admitted for the 2020 fall semester but didn’t attend, you can still claim your spot at KU. Below, we’ll outline next steps for students seeking readmission, beginning with your quickest and most cost-effective option: reapplying for 2021.

If you’re attending in 2021

Depending on your area of study, you could be guaranteed readmission to the spring or fall 2021 terms. It takes just a moment to reapply, and doesn’t require additional forms, letters, or fees. Plus, if you earned a merit-based, institutional scholarship for fall 2020, you’ll be able to reclaim it — no strings attached.

Why reinvest in KU?

Affordability

If you were awarded an institutional scholarship, then returning in 2021 is the surest way to retain that money. And to keep costs lower, you won’t need to pay admission fees or an additional enrollment deposit.
